1. I need an office right now. Can I come to you and start working immediately?  

Of course you can! Business Link has office spaces that suit every business. If you want access to a hotdesk or a dedicated desk, we are able to prepare all the documents for you during your first visit.

2. How will a courier or guest find my office at Business Link?

At Business Link, we want to help you and your company as much as possible. Your parcel or guest will be received at our reception by our Standard Excellence team.

3. I have atypical working hours. Can I use Business Link offices late in the evenings?

Of course you can! Our offer suits the needs of every business, so you can use your workspace 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, our cleaning service ensures the cleanliness of Business Link throughout the course of the day, as well as at night.

Your Business Link access card allows you to enter your office at any time of the day or night.  4:30 in the morning, is the middle of the trading day on the Japanese stock market after all.

4. Can I work in other Business Link locations using your card?

Yes! Nowadays, mobility is a competitive advantage! Specifically for frequent travelers, we created the Open package, which enables unlimited use of Business Link office space in Warsaw, Prague, Krakow, Wroclaw and Poznan! Meet with clients wherever it suits them!

5. If I have an office or hotdesk space, can I invite someone from outside?

Our pleasure!  You can do it in one of two ways. Invite your guest in for a coffee or tea to the common area to talk in a relaxed work atmosphere or privately. However, if you need more privacy and the meeting will be larger, you can easily book one of our elegant conference rooms or meeting rooms, where in comfort you can discuss a new project, make a business photo session or develop innovative ideas.

Remember! Our offer is flexible and at any time during the contract you can add additional workspace for your company to your package!

7. What are the differences between dedicated desks , hot desk (cowork) and private offices?

A dedicated desk is a desk that is assigned to your company. It is located in the open part, where other companies work and cooperate. Dedicated desks have lockers assigned to them where you can leave your personal belongings.

Hot desk is any place of work in the common area, which is not reserved for any specific person or company. You can sit somewhere else every day. Let the place not restrict you! Armchair, chair, sofa or a huge pillow? What do you want today?

Private offices are enclosed and separated from common spaces, lockable, where several people can work. The offices can be rented separately or jointly, which is ideal for companies even with a team of several dozen employees.

8. What do I do if I lose my Business Link access card?

Security is essential, so please contact your Business Link Standard Excellence team as soon as possible. Then our staff will block the lost card and start preparing a new one, which will be given to you in a few minutes. The cost of preparing the card will be added to the next invoice.

If you are unable to access Business Link due to a lost card, then – from Monday to Friday – you can ask the building's main reception desk for help to give you access to our spaces. If you lost your card at the weekend, the next opportunity to prepare a new one will be on Monday at 9:00 a.m. Remember – if you lost your card inside the Business Link office, then thanks to our access control system you can leave the building without the need to use it.
